Heres my question? Originally, Wang only wanted the lighthouse project because of all the additional revenue, which he said was needed. He was opposed to just building a new arena. But, how is moving to Brooklyn, to an arena which is owned by someone else, going to make Wang money? Obviously he will make money on ticket sales, jerseys etc...........but he's not going to generate the revenue he originally wanted. Im confused as to the difference between moving to someone elses arena differs from just building a new coliseum? There would have been some subsidies, and over time it would have paid itself off.....

The story goes.. Wang is only going to the BC to put pressure on Nassau.. His perfect dream would be that the preseason game wakes up Nassau & gets things moving... but we all know that wont be the case. Wang will end up signing a 5 year lease with the BC with the hope that NVMC being vacant for 5 years will show Nassau what they lost. If after 5 years nothing happens, he can sign a longer more lucrative lease or sell the team.
