Well, he has had 50, 31, 37 and 31 points seasons in Avangard. He's the second best scorer in his team. Pretty sure he would have been better than Moen/Leblanc/Bourque on the 2nd line.

A player needs to be at lease a PPG player in the KHL to think he would do a better job than some available talent in NA. I know it's a strong league, but there is plenty of talent available via trades for cheap that can get 50 points per year in the NHL. You just need to put other talent with them. Which the habs GM does not seem to understand.
