Awesome.. thanks.. sometimes I forget what a beast he was. He was Darth Vader on skates with incredible hands and a cannon shot.. a generational talent. The only way people could stop him was to target his head which is illegal now... in today's game he would be unstoppable as if you watch all those playoff games vs the rangers etc.. its clutch grab tackle.

i was reading on twitter that he got hurt in warmups - took a shot off the knee when he wasn't ready or something. had to leave the ice.
