How can Torts have that dumbfounded look on his face when the game is 4-1? - eayost
It comes with the city. Tom Coughlin looks like that all the time. |

Very true. But with MTL you sort of had the feeling that the Flyers could use their size to wear MTL down in a series, and that if they played to a tough, physical game they'd prevail. I have no such feelings about this team vs. the Rags.
Honestly, as much as it pains me to admit it, the Rangers are better at every aspect of the game, or at least all the most important aspects, than the Flyers are right now. I don't think we have an answer for them, and I don't like our chances in a series. Doesn't mean I won't be cheering for them, or upset if they lose, but realistically, I don't think we have a shot against them in a series. - BringBack25
It's just a bad matchup. I think the mountain is huge in a series if they play a healthy rangers or bruins team. Their heavy grinding style of play is the kryptonite for the flyers. It frustrates the hell out of the flyers. |

Schenn definitely hit Staal.
It wasn't much but it's pretty obvious he hit him. - nhindian
He touched him yes, but he was letting up and mostly hit the boards. No way that's a penalty. Extremely weak call, especially after letting the blatant high stick go seconds before that. |

This game is about to change. He is worried. The Flyers are playing much better this period. - stveshdy
could be a much more manageable 3-1 if the refs didnt blow the cross check call on the rags when they got there PP goal at the end of the first |

Never count this Flyers team out. They are unreal when trailing in games. |

True, but if they don't cut it to at least two here in the 2nd, I can't see them pulling it off this time. |

You never know. They scored four the other day in Pittsburgh. Anything is possible but the Flyers are playing much better this period. |

well glad to see some turned on Bryz, as of right now it is what it is. Finish the game out and come back next game, game isnt over but with the rags when they are leading are near impossible to come back on beat. |

There's the difference, the "jaggernaut" flyers PP fials against the rags, meanwhile the rags hand the Flyers their lunch on it. |

Why does it seems like bad calls always end up in their net? |

So can I just point out that Kubina has looked a shell of his pre-injury self, and that Kimmo is also not the Kimmo we know? |
