Realignment is crap. Boston has a free ride to the final 4. 2 of the florida teams, toronto and montreal who will be in purgatory for 3 more years each at least. So its Buffalo and Ottawa that remain. Bunch of BS - Just5
I think they are rethinking re-alignment, especially with the new stadium going up in Quebec... It sounds likely that Phoenix will go there after next season. |

every time I drive across the border they ask me if I have any weapons in the car.
I work with a gal from Newfoundland.

i'm sure i'm mad l8 ...
- Nicklas Grossmann wore a brace on his left knee in Dallas, before he arrived in Philly. Now he’ll wear two ... for the time being.
The massive Flyers defenseman, who suffered a knee-on-knee hit against Pittsburgh’s Joe Vitale last Sunday, walked into the dressing room Thursday morning with a new brace for his right knee. He was not seen limping, a very good sign.
Grossmann, who has not skated with the team since last weekend, remains optimistic he’ll be ready to go when the playoffs open next week.
“I’m pretty used to it, but yeah, we’ll see how that - Don'tForgetTocchet[two braces] goes,” Grossmann kidded. “Me and Forrest Gump.”
wow, go NN man go

regardless of how they align the teams, the teams themselves have no control over how their competition plays, iow, it's not boston's fault that the rest of the teams in their division suck.
i'd rather they redesign the points system, and change the seeding structure. |

Most Canadians I've ever spoken to or heard speak pronounce words like "about" as "aboat" -- never actually heard someone say "aboot" except comedians. Good friend of mine says that in parts of Canada, you can "go out and about in a boat" and it sounds like you went "oat 'n' aboat in a boat."

Absolutely Bill. And then there's the Newfies who are a whole different dialect..
Some of the Baymen (people who are from the remote parts of Newfoundland) you can barely understand..
There's also some weird terminology.. Some people don't call it a couch but a Chesterfield. When I go to the States.. I ask for a pop.. (coke).. Apparently when I've had a few beers at the buzzgates, I revert to a more Canadian dialect.. At least that's what Bo, Lukin OB18 tangent man say.... |

Well.. I've been all over both countries and they are both awesome. Remember, my favorite team is comprised of mostly Canadians and represents my favorite US City. |
