I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he was fined. I'm sure the league doesn't like anyone insulting their favorite franchise like that.
Hard to say whether or not he draws a fine if the comments are directed at another team, but since Torts has been fined before for similar outbursts (and a water bottle incident), it's a strong possibility.
