Like I said earlier. It says it clearly in rule 87.71 of the NHL Rulebook:

"Any player, either with intention or without, that strikes Sidney Crosby and/or Evgeni Malkin with a shoulder, hip, elbow, arm, stick, germ, knee, or an exhalation, where the principle point of contact is one or more of the aforementioned players' head, shoulder, side, arm, waist, hip, and/or any orifice of the body, shall receive a 5 minute major for boarding and/or charging, a game misconduct, and base fine of $40,000.00, and a hearing with the head disciplinarian of the NHL."
