I'd agree the odds are in the Penguins favor. I think the Flyers are fully capable of winning this series, though, and I think the more personal it gets the more the odds tilt back in the Flyers favor. - BulliesPhan87
I'd be shocked if the series doesn't go at least 6. Hopefully the vets on the team can provide enough leadership to the kids on how to handle the postseason. I can't wait to see who will kick it into a higher gear. I coud see Jags, Roo, Simmonds Harts and Briere (if he comes back) doing that. I'd love to see March Bryz show up, and you know Frankenmalken Cindy and MAF will bring their A game.
I just hope if we get past them we can past the rags if we meet them. Something tells me Lavy knowing he had a handful of green rookies all season will change his approach to playing the rags in the playoffs. Maybe maybe not, just a hunch. - JoeRussomanno
I'm not even thinking of the Rags. I think they will walk vs Wash (playing with their 3rd string tender) or Fla (who's slumping). I hope I'm wrong and the Rangers scoring dries up.. but don't see it. I 'd really like to see 4 upsets first round..

You're right about not looking ahead and I hope to heaven the flyers aren't. This Pitt series is gonna be all or nothing through however many games.

I can't see it. With the amount of rookies on the team, they can't be looking past game one. I expect Roo, Jags Harts Timon Bryz Talbot to all rise to the challenge and calm the rooks.. especially in game 1 and 2.. Need a split and go from there..

I don't think Crosby embellished either. You get pushed from behind like that, on skates, you fall down. The problem I have with it is that it was after the whistle and it was from behind. Seems kind of gutless to me. I know things like that go on all the time and no harm was done, but I don't like it. If Schenn has a problem with something Crosby did than he needs to get in Crosby's face about it. - Dkos
I disagree. The force of the push and the way his legs went out (like superman) tells me he dove. I've been crosschecked by men from behind and not flown like that.

BOOM...exactly...Schenn was wrong...Sid was wrong first and honestly often throughout the game...I would LOVE Sid to stop the slashing...because it would lead to less people targeting him back - bri29smith
I'd just like to see him called for it. It's ridiculous that he broke one stick, broke on of his own and at least once got Giroux on the hand at a faceoff and not once called. any other player gets called for that stuff.

Are you insinuating that refs might 'look the other' way when certain players don't follow the rules to the letter?
Our officials are the best. They catch everything.
Former 76ers beat writer Kate Fagan suggests in a recent article that Doug Collins' coaching style "is a huge issue within the locker room." "On more than one occasion, players have let Collins know — during a game — that they’re sick of the relentless nitpicking," adds Fagan. The Sixers are 4-6 in their last 10 games and have dropped to seventh in the East, just 2.5 games ahead of ninth-place Milwaukee.

I hate the Doop song more than anyone but I don't even see that song as an improvement.
Rock The Casbah or something alng those lines would be good. - hereticpride
It wouldn't be the whole song just the chorus, and as for the Rock the cashbar that's one of those songs that makes me put on wip when I can't reach for my Ipod
Pretty sure Briere came up with the idea because of the soccer team. Kind of stupid if you ask me. Be original and come up with your own song. - stveshdy
They need to get rid of it now, because Danny ain't doing Richard since it was brought in.
