It is my fear that series becomes another Sopranos. Where they get you all worked up and leave you high and dry. It's sword and sorcery you need more cliffhanger, fight to the death type scenes. Two episodes into the second season and I feel like Tyrion is a better warrior than Rob Stark and neither character has a fight. Basically they killed off the best character last season and his heir is being under-devoloped imo anyway. There's been at least three battles between the Lannisters and the starks and all we've seen is the aftermath of one. - JoeRussomanno
it's the same as the books blame the original author he doesn't get detail in the books either |

Not quite, still got a couple more dreadfully long days. Resume the petty confabulation! - BulliesPhan87
Really long days. My work recently blocked HB. This is going to suck. |

Flyer fans: If Tanner Pearson is still available when we draft, do we pick him, or a dman?
I really believe Pearson will end up being the steal of the draft, like Eberle was. |

My sister the doctor says the author looks emphysemic and she is concerned he will die before finishing. She has read the books to date, is very disappointed in the slowness of the delivery of answers to thorny issues, and wonders if there'll be another 10-year wait before the next book, in which case the author will die and we'll never get the denouement. |

actually if you regulate the campaign funding and not allow special interest groups to buy politicians you could have real democracy for a change. |

If he produces an outline for the stories at least to the conclusion of the story arc, then they could probably do what happened when Robert Jordan passed because as I am aware another author finished his series. |

evil is all perspective
think of all those civilians that the rebels killed on the death star in first movie
not to mention all the contractors when they bombed it again - 2Real
Yeah but all those contractors and workers knew the risk and took the money. Almost like doing contractor for a mafia boss. Your working on the roof the opposing family tries to take him out and you get shot for your troubles.
They explain this perfectly in the movie "Clerks". |

yes they know the risks of taking that job but it doesn't excuse the fact a bunch of kids killed them
what about other non military personnel that lived on the death star? |

I wouldn't draft Pearson in the 1st round after watching him in the world juniors.
He didn't show the ability to elevate his game against tougher competition. |

if you listen to a lot of the little talk they describe the fights in detail
rob has won a number of battles
rob stark isn't the main focus of the story line there are 5-6ish kings fighting for power right now
i'm more interested in what mance raydar is doing up in the north |

I guess the problem is he started off with a main character and right now there really isn't one. At least as far as the show goes. |

All I saw was the TSN portion.
I dont see what he did wrong in the first place. They are asking him questions like he has already let in the weak goal that loses the series.
Its (frank)ing rediculous and I've said it once before.. If I'm the Flyers I dont let certain media guys, starting with panotch near the team.

So back to Flyers for a second...
A couple of games ago Lavi split up Jagr and Giroux and it seemed to work, the players were invigorated.
Schenn did a great job between Harts and Jagr,
and Giroux looked very good with Voracek.
Sometimes Jagr and Giroux get too fancy.
I guess they will go back to G with Jagr and Harts,
but I wouldn't be shocked if Lavi changes things up if they aren't scoring. |

i don't understand why he's such a giant ahole, and he ALWAYS pokes from the negative, looking for controversy angle. don't the flyers have some control here? they obviously don't want their players sparring with the media.
if i'm bryz, i do not answer a single question he asks. |

there's actually no real main character it's just more about telling events from different perspectives in the realm |

I just dont want them to get all panicky. I could see this happening very easily.
Schenn seems to be amping it up a bit Id like to see if he could help out Danny. |
