That's why I take off my orange glasses for the games
I don't buy into the conspiracy theories because even if any were true, I'd still rather just enjoy the game and not think about them. - funmaster18
The thing that makes me laugh about these so called theories is this...
Would the NHL benefit more from the Penguins, who just won 3 years ago and sell out every game, winning then say, Oh I don't know, the Maple Leafs? Or maybe the LA Kings? If the NHL had a rooting interest today, it wouldn't be Pittsburgh, that's all I'm saying.
It's just sooooo stupid. |

It may prove to be the most exciting series of the playoffs, but I'd rather the flyers play them right off the bat rather than the ecf. I think they have a better chance. Ow than later. - hammarby31

Geez what happened to this thread? People need to relax. It's playoff hockey. Wishing injuries on other teams players is pathetic. |

I think they would just both be deemed champons, refund all 1100 tickets sold for Game 6 in Phoenix and have a BBQ. Gary would be dancing until all hours of the night. |

In the Flyers thread, we only deal in post-expansion cups. So he only has a measly ten or so championships to lord over us. - BulliesPhan87

Depends. If the Flyers dont have any more injuries they could have faced the Pens with JVR and Meszaros in the line-up.... It could have made us the Favorites..

Absolutely. This series is gonna be an all around exhausting series. Mentally just as much physically.
The one thing that the winner can take from this series is that they survived possibly the toughest opponent they may face. |
