well it's in part management fault. If they come out and say we are rebuilding through youth, it will take a while, fans will be patient but when your GM comes out and say we want to win now, rebuilding medium-long term is not an option, hard to blame the fans on wanting results now.

Management sets expectation and keep failing.

I think it was wrong of Burke to mention Ashton's name like that. He may turn out to be a helluva player, but why put so much pressure on him like that. That's what bothers me about BB. I feel bad for Carter Ashton now, if he doesn't score 30 next year everyone's gonna say BB's an idiot for putting those expectations on him. And around and around you go.

Still...the fans have no idea what they want. They say they want a rebuild and then cry when a 22 year old Schenn isn't getting 26+ minutes each night shutting down the games top forwards and that Kadri isn't on the top 2 lines yet.
