I agree with a lot of what BB said, about how he doesn't like GMs in sports coming in and saying he has a 5 year plan, as it simply buys you 5 years right off the bat.

I think he made it clear near the end of the presser that at the end of the day, he's accountable, and that the buck stops with him. To me, that's owning up to this years failure.
