...True story, our office had a 3 hour grammar lesson last night tought by a woman who eats, sleeps and makes passionate love to sentences. I hate it ...had to sneak out for a mid-lesson pint. Although, she did validate my use of words like 'and' and 'because' at the beginning of a sentence. Turns out our grade school teachers were wrong!
Just tell me you don't use the phrase "I seen that" ....that one bugs me ...growing up in London I had the pleasure of hearing it way too much. - The Law
yeah it should be i've seen that.. lol
and no i dont use it.. then again.. i am drunk alot.. so english isnt exactly a strong point for me |

Agreed ...I think there's the potential for a lot of shuffling around (trades) in the top 10. - The Law
It's hit or miss, they could all be busts, most had injuries so who knows. Gonna be interesting then of course hindsight GM's will weigh in after the fact. |

I really like Dumba.
I think Forsberg could be something but it could just be his last name that makes me think that way.
To be honest, I like a lot of them. I am pissed that Burkie didn't at least move Mac, Kule and Schenn for the 1sts he said he was offered for them.
Imagine 4 1st rounders to play with in this draft with your own being #5. We could have gotten at least 2 very good prospects by trading up or whatever else.

I think every second episode took place at an amusement park!
you know what always threw me for a loop, the bad guy in the opening sequence who looked like he was made of fire and scooby and shaggy were hiding in the drawers... I never, ever saw that episode! |

My jaded guess is that in 10 years we'll look back and say ....Yakupov is good ...then there are lots of 2nd liners and 4/5 d'men ...and Detroit picked the best player with the 169th pick in the draft . |

The CLB model is equal to revealing 4 of a possible 5 cherries on a scratch ticket, only to reveal the last one being a grape.
Leafs don't even have enough to buy the scratch ticket. |

NYI model my ass!
Pit model requires getting first or second pick 4 years in a row when guys like Crosby, Malkin, Fleury and Staal are available |

I think Lupul, Gunnarsson and Kadri would be a fair price to pay. Obviously, Columbus will want a lot more but that's as high as the Leafs should go. - Unholy_Goalie

It summed things up so nicely and neatly, unlike my tirade of anger after yesterdays presser. |
