And they avoid the predictable late, sloppy goal against!
Fricking ridiculous. |

I'm not talking about that. I just mentioned the irony in him calling the penguins whiners and then whining himself. |

Emotions are high, but that's no excuse to treat other posters disrespectfully. This is a warning to those we mods feel are crossing the line, if you choose not to listen to the warning be prepared to miss the first round possibly even longer.
This goes for both Pens and Flyers fans or anybody posting |

Look like Schenn screened Bryz on that shot. Flyers still in good shape. Have to come out flying next period. |

At that point they should be looking to get out down by one.
Just so stupid. |

it would help if they could actually keep the puck in the zone at the other end of the ice. they do that, the period ends 2-1. still way to easy. pens continue to win stick battles and puck battles. it's killing them. |

i only point out blatantly bad calls that for some reason seem to always target the flyers. whining is what cindy crybaby and evgeni sulkin do after they dive and get away with a cheap shot
i'm like documenting how many times the refs screw us over. at the end of the day i know the players decide the outcome - flyerscup2011

They had withstood the storm. Getting out of that period 2-1 would have been huge.

Plenty of game left. The Flyers need another goal again and the momentum swings. |

Overall they played a better first period than game 1, but got stupid at all the wrong times.
The blind passes need to stop. its annoying and causes nothing but problems.
EDIT: damn lava is pissed off. |

Those are this season's chronic problems that have gone unfixed.
Pretty hard to win 16 playoff games like that. |

Well the good news is they are in better shape after the first period tonight. But goals in the last minute of periods are crushers, it seems like the Flyers give up more than anyone. |

I don't know this team needs an attitude adjustment. That was not a good period and really did not have any sustained pressure in the pens zone.
the pens controlled the play the whole period.
Thanks to Bryz it's not 4-1 or 5-1 |
