Like i said, I'm taking nothing for granted. However, I think the last two periods of the last game between them is more of what you are going to get. Remember, Bryzgalov had to adjust to playing with that bone chip thing in his foot.

I'll say this, the league doesn't do a whole lot to put out these fires either.

My favorite sign in the crowd today. During skate-around someone on Pens' bench side held up a sign that said, "Take your Hart Trophy, Malkin. G will take Conn Smythe."

trust me, i've been looking for reasons to have faith that the league will carry out justice fairly involving the flyers. all they do is fan my flames. i really try to let a lot slide too, but it's just so constant and predictable.

As I said in my previous post. The Flyers will play the Pens how many times next year in the regular season. You take a number and have a long memory. They can't lose sight of the ultimate goal right now.

I hear what you are saying, but the flyers answered the bell today. I think if they avoid the extra-curricular stuff no one is going to hold it against them. Why risk letting the pens back in the series when you proved yourself at the time of the battle?

Thinking further though, I think it's pretty obvious to anyone that Asham's play will probably be an exception to that. Once the stick gets involved, I think intent is pretty easy to ascertain

Game three is over now onto to Game 4.

I doubt the league will do anything with Neal or Adams. The only person I see getting some Shanny action is Asham.

I would like to see the defense tighten up a little bit more. Plus, with Kimmo hitting the showers early, that could be a blessing in disguise.

People make mistakes all the time. That being said, I am sitting here watching Jamie McClennon run his yap, wondering if he and all the other experts will either admit how bad they screwed up their prediction for this series or just give the Flyers some props?
