Absolutely it's stupid. First of all, it could lead to being shorthanded. And contribute to losing a game. The Pens could get right back in the Series.

Secondly, if Rinaldo cheap shots a Pens player, the Pens are just going to sit back and take it? They won't retaliate against a Flyer? And there isn't any potential for a Flyer player to be injured as a result? Think it through all the way. It is insanely stupid.

The league badly needs to start policing the playoffs. What people are getting away with is ridiculous If Neal isn't suspended then someone will be leaving game 4 on a stretcher. Mark it.

Why not? We score more on their pp than they do.

I would not take a cheap shot and I would not doanything at the start. But I would give him good hard checks every single time by Grossman and Coburn and Simmonds and Hartnell (not Shelly/Rinaldo) that there is an opportunity and grin at him.

And then if he wants to drop them by mutual consent, well we should oblige him.

I like the way the Flyers are handling it. Pens are still dangerous, got a great team over there, series isn't over yet...if that's how they want to play, whatever. We're playing our game.

that's the worst thing they can do. they just need to keep doing what they're doing and win the game. as much as we all want penguin blood, they have to focus on winning, and not injuring themselves or getting suspended.

The referee assignments have been horrible. Francois St Laurent is working his first playoffs and they give him this game...that's just dumb.

I won't even get into the supplementary discipline, but I did say that if I was an agent and my guy was calling in front of Shanahan, I'd take video of Weber and say, if that is just a fine, you got no reason to suspend my guy.

I understand where your coming from. If the Pens are losing game four and the series is pretty much over I think you will see the same type of behavior as today. The Flyers have to handle it in the same mannor as they did today. Dont risk suspension but stand up for your teammates.

My favorite part of todays game was how Giroux kept going at Crosby and how our Captain dominated.

this pissed me off, and is another example of the horrendous job the officials did today. letang got kimo's jersey over his head right off the bat and they just stood there and let him get pummeled. it's a bullpoop tactic. if you want to fight, don't pull the jersey over and blind your opponent. be a man and trade punches. jezus, i hate that (frank)ing team.

They will come out next game and Crosby, Malkin and Neal will all be taking shots for the entire first period. If the league is not going to handle the situation as they should, the Flyers will. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind the Flyers will come out gunning for those bumholes.

I would not be surprised to see Giroux trying to get Crosby to drop them again, AWAY FROM THE REFS, so they can't come in and save his ass and Giroux lays a beaten on him.
