I understand where your coming from. If the Pens are losing game four and the series is pretty much over I think you will see the same type of behavior as today. The Flyers have to handle it in the same mannor as they did today. Dont risk suspension but stand up for your teammates.

My favorite part of todays game was how Giroux kept going at Crosby and how our Captain dominated.

The referee assignments have been horrible. Francois St Laurent is working his first playoffs and they give him this game...that's just dumb.

I won't even get into the supplementary discipline, but I did say that if I was an agent and my guy was calling in front of Shanahan, I'd take video of Weber and say, if that is just a fine, you got no reason to suspend my guy.

Apparently Mr. Neal has been suspended before for a head shot and this is even before the new rules.

Neal's hit was:

A) A blind side hit

B) Contact is made to the head

C) Charging, due to Neal leaving his feet

Not to mention that he went head hunting after G a minute later!

I really thought after all he'd been through that he'd change his ways. He still has skills but for w/e reason he keeps lowering himself. After so many times of lowering ones self, that has to lead me to believe that is his true level.

He started the scrum that got timo and letang ejected. He started the hartnell adams fight, but he waits till the linesman jump come over before he starts throwing at giroux.

They will come out next game and Crosby, Malkin and Neal will all be taking shots for the entire first period. If the league is not going to handle the situation as they should, the Flyers will. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind the Flyers will come out gunning for those bumholes.

I would not be surprised to see Giroux trying to get Crosby to drop them again, AWAY FROM THE REFS, so they can't come in and save his ass and Giroux lays a beaten on him.

yes, and i've been doing that too. there was one sequence in the 2nd period when the game was still scoreless and i made two really good stops and covered the rebound. the guy on their team waits for me to get up and says, "why did you have to do that?"

You know what, Neal is saying the hit was accidental. Watching that, that's BS. He takes a clear turn towards Couturier, and clearly sees him well before the hit. This was not an accidental collision. No way in hell.

As a team they stand up and defend themselves. Just like they did today. Sending Rinaldo after Neal, accomplished nothing. Other then revenge, which can be done later at a more appropiate time.

Watching that hit over again in slow motion just makes it worse. Couturier doesnt even have the puck nor is it near him. Its intent to injure a player.
