You guys have a good regular season team, but take a look at last year and compare the Canucks record in games 1 and 2 and games 3 - 7. This is a team that does not like pressure. They better adjust or otherwise this could be the worst showing from a president trophy winning team in the playoffs ever. If I'm AV I'm showing the 30 in 30 "4 days in October" documentary. Got to find inspiration somewhere

They made it to game 7 of the Stanley cup finals last year, I think they can handle pressure better than most teams.

It's obvious there are some problems with team chemistry this season, and injuries have definitely taken their toll. Daniel Sedin is out and Kesler isn't the same player.

Canucks have been outplayed so far, but they certainly haven't gotten any bounces. It seems like it has just been bad break after bad break.

Despite the presidents trophy, something felt off about the team this season. We are now seeing this manifest.

I think the problems start behind the bench. Pending a Chicago style rally, I think that's the first area that needs to be addressed in the offseason.

It goes beyond coaching, this core just doesn't seem able to bring it when it matters most. It's been together for too long, and it needs to be shaken up no matter whether we come back and beat the Kings in 7. I have said it before, and I'll say it again, losing Luc Bourdon was the worst thing ever to happen to this franchise, he had the potential to be that #1 stud defenseman we've lacked since time immemorial. Edler is a joke, he's not even close to being a Norris Trophy candidate, and I can't even count the amount of mistakes he's made in this series and during the regular season.

So if they lose game 4, how long until AV is fired?

Good thing we didn't trade any star prospects or anyone that he had a major problem with...

3 games in a row. Assuming nothing miraculous happens, LA had a very good chance to go all the way. They fell down to 8th but should have been higher.

Some of the writers for The Province were speculating during the game that he must be injured, because how else can you explain his play. He has obviously been inconsistent his entire career, but these past three games are alarming...

Hard to believe people ESPN him ranked #4 for the Norris trophy late in the season.

I agree though, it's definitely looking like it's time to shake up the core of this team.

Most painless loss i've ever felt as a fan....just knowing the boyz showed the heart to fight back was great consolation.
