I think JvR sits tomorrow out and:

If the Flyers win: continues to practice for the next week or so and is a go for game one of the next series.

If the Flyers lose: skates Thursday and is a game time decision on Friday.. repeat this step if they lose two in a row... he suits up for sure Sunday.

adams was a nice suspension.. he's just about the only vet left on their squad (besides sullivan) and he was one of their penalty killers
