What did Rinaldo do? I missed it. I switched to Ghost Hunters (comically, tonight's show was shot at my office)

I should HOPE it goes without saying, but no trolling the Flyers board guys...act like you've been here and take the high road.

Thanks for saying that Emp, couldn't agree more.

Rinaldo even put his 'mean' face on. He looked like Butch from the Little Rascals.

I was thinking tonight that something about Staal reminds me of...

I think Despres has been very good. He seems a whole lot bigger than Paul Martin and much more difficult to deal with along the boards. Strait has been nothing special, but he has been solid. Tangradi has had a decent game too. Im thinking it is Park as the odd man out when Neal comes back, but what do you do with Adams?

Sit Adams.

a crosscheck ... then a punch to the face of a player that was kneeling on the ice in front of him.

he's always been a loose cannon, and if he never plays for the Flyers again I'm okay with that.

He made it out on the ice on the wrong end of a blowout.

And then proceeded to get stupid.

I wonder if Laviolette will call himself classless and gutless as Rinaldo had not been on the ice for 12:14. I mean, that's a long time between shifts and we all know why he's out there. I'm guessing, probably no.

I'd be surprised if we see anything else...it really wouldn't help either team at this point...

I agree with his size, but don't you think they need Adams for the PK?

The Flyers need to take this period and practice playing hockey. Anything else is counterproductive.

Re: Rinaldo, general cheapness & goaltending:

This is why you should never get to cocky in this sport. The shoe can fit on the other foot in a hurry. To claim "your team" is above the antics is just plain wrong. Nobody knows how pros will act when their back is against a wall or when they feel embarrassed.

yep .. sometimes in playoff hockey you "send a message" for the next game. The message the Flyers should send is that they CAN play sound hockey.

Bylsma has his favorites and Adams is one. He'll play.
