its not part of the game. it has become more and more widespread, but diving and embellishment is not inherent to the sport. - flyershockey
No, I hate it too, the other blog, I wanted the diving penalty to only be called. But if it is going on league wide, as a coach, you have to tell your team this, just to try for any advantage. Much like the head shots, it happens everywhere, no use single-ing out 1 team for it until the league gets serious about it. |

Respective practices should be starting, (at least the Pens, I know, start at 12.) let's hear the post practice interviews, cause, thus far neither team has said anything about it. - ryman1566
I dont' want them to -- they need to focus on game 5. |

JVR on a regular line at Flyers practice. Bryz left it early, and Leighton is now in net for practice. |

I just watched the Malkin hit on Grossman. Wow that's the beef in here? That play happens 15 times a game and is usually applauded. Puck was there so was grossman. Malkin didn't leave his skates can't really tell where the point of contact is but it looks like grossman changes levels a bit. Come on your nit picking now. |

And as far as diving goes there has been a lot of flopping going on by both teams. I myself have played hockey and will embelish the hell out of something to give my team an advantage. Does it make me less of a man? Or more of a competitior? If I buy one and we score and win then I've done my job |

Was called up with their 'black aces' after the AHL farm club season was finished. Think he had to clear re-entry waivers 1st |

Coming back from 3-0 has happened 3 times, don't you all go selling your life savings to bet on it. - Scottie Upshall

I would think getting JVR back is good news enough, not like Bryz has been playing that great. |

I was thinking the same thing on Bryz. Not sure if it is good or bad for the Pens to have him out. Kind of the same for us with PMart. If most Flyer fans would rather see him in than the AHL guys that played well last night then it is probably safe to say he should sit the rest of this series out. |
