He can only do or focus on what his boss tells him to do. Fact is, Burke is still the captain of the ship and whatever direction he tells his guys to go in, is the direction they have to go in. The picks also have to be there for him to do his job. I've said it before, you can have the best men on the ship but if the ship is going South, it'll be a long time before you end up in the North.
