Ugh. Good luck with that. I actually had to go this AM to get my car registrations renewed. Fortunately Lexington, KY isn't a massive city so my wait was 45 min, but it is still 45 min. of my life I would like to have back. Every year I tell myself I won't wait until the end of the month to renew my registrations and then on the last possible day I find myself in that god awful line.

I think it will come to the 11th hour and then settle. Biggest reason is that there is nowhere near the unity among owners there was in 2004-05.
