Joe- i wasnt even thinking about that game, I had completely forgotten about it . The rags PP was horrible all year long, except when they played the Flyers. My feeling is: the rags will collaspe on the net, force wide shots, blocked shots and try to transition off of that, along with turnovers, thats how the generate offence. The Flyers wont give up many chances to them if they play smartly. I think the key to winning vs the Rags is not to allow their PP to convert oppotunities, as they did in the regular season. (should these teams match up next round )

I figured out that it was corporate because it was Ike, just as Bill did. I thought it might be Philly Live related or some other kind of vendor relationship. And it turned out to be radio. Makes no never mind to me. As long as there is an AM option so I can get the game in my office if I'm working late, it's fine with me.

hate WIP! That sux i wonder if the seventylosers will take priority over the flyers.

If Knuble is done after this season, he'd be an asset. It would take him a bit to get up to speed. But he's smart, articulate, and sure as heck knows the game (and college football).

I think a whole station devoted to the Flyers/nhl could get off the ground in this market. If anything hopefully they could start implementing some more former NHLers into talk radio. Jonesy seems to be doing alright with it.

I don't expect to hear news there until July at the earliest. Last we heard, he had been starting more rehab and Eskin reported that he wants to try and come back next season. I'll try and remain positive, but, regardless, I'm focused on the here and now with this club right now.

It looked like he did to me as well. I slowed it down on the DVR and I'm certain it went off JVR. After the game he was asked if he deflected the puck and he said he really didn't know. That's telling, if he didn't touch it he would say as much, and if he did he wouldn't say so because he wouldn't want to take the goal away from Briere.

I see it changing direction from a few different angles. The camera from over the side boards and the overhead camera. The puck seems to move slightly right and down.
Either way, doesn't really matter I guess. Its just ads to both players rapidly growing playoff legends.

Yeah, in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter. It def looked like it changed direction to me. I don't think JVR got it with his stick though.
