Ohhhh...now I do.

No clue for an actual #, but it should be as big as necessary and based on recent years it hasn't been big enough. Considering management is not an area with a cap it's an area the habs should spend a lot on.

It's probably based on Pop., Quebec/East could probably use one more split the province in half or something, but Timmins probably took care of most of the scouting in the Metro area anyways.

The West maybe one more as well but it shold be fine, one for South Alberta and BC and one for North alberta and Sask, Manitoba doesnt really need scouting, but when needed the NA/Sask guy can drive to Brandon and the peg and check out a game or two.
