St. Louis goalies look great when they just let guys skate in unimpeded and get off shots on good looks

If they were good at home you could say that they just need to win a road game.

If you watch the Devils in their own end they have two defenseman behind the net and the two forwards pinching low as well. The Flyers need to do a better job using their point men.

The Flyers are off their game on offense because they cant get pucks deep because Brodeur plays it so well. They need to figure out another way to get the offense going.

Defensively they need to just get the puck up the walls. Trying to do to much and make the perfect pass too many times.

I give the Devils credit for their play but the Flyers are playing dumb hockey at the same time and not working hard.

I'm not a guy that shies away from criticizing a goalie, but man, I just don't get what some of you guys see. The Bryz of tonight on a better defensive team, like LA, or NJ, doesn't let in 4 goals because things like point blank Kovalchuk shots don't happen. And nothing terribly "leaky" went in. Elias is a good player... sometimes good players make their shot. It happens. I was ready to give up on Bryz earlier this year for the rest of it, but good god, the team play was atrocious at times tonight and all of game 2. No goalie overcomes that. Watch the other games in the playoffs. It isn't happening. These goalies with great stats are getting great support from the rest of the team

he sure as hell blamed him on the elias goal, the first one, which i heard on the radio. based on what he said, i thought it was a brutal goal. i saw the replay and don't agree with what he said at all.
