Not gonna bother. Its a LOT more than one top six player. Line the teams up beside Boston, Pittsburgh, Chicago, San Jose, and you'll see a drastic difference.

They've been lucky to remain very lucky this far. If they get into a bit of injury trouble, their AHL team is full of ECHLers to pull from. Worst depth I've ever seen.

The fact that he was at the summer camp is proof that that statement is incorrect. The fact that he didn't make it doesn't prove that the statement in true.


It's fine to say you don't believe he was going to be one of the ones that doesn't make it, but your absurd statements you've been throwing around is excessive. Taylor Hall, 9 goals and 10 assists, in only 16 games, affirming that he was the right choice in bringing to camp, over anyone not invited, and many others that were. Looks to have played well enough to say that his injury may not affect his chances. I think he stands a solid chance at being taken on the team.

I think so too. Prior to injury, I think he was 50/50. Now, I think 80/20 he makes it. Maybe higher.

Can you name anyone that won't make it? there won't be any centres from Ontario teams, that's for sure.

He was invited, but did not have a reasonable chance to make the team in my opinion.

There are a few players, not invited in August, that are currently playing better than Hall and may be considered higher on the depth chart today.

But now that he's injured, he probably will be sitting at home, watching games in the middle of the night with those fans who will be doing the same.

Edmonton has not played well this season as a whole, and that reflected on Hall to some extent. There was no way he was going to be able to play his way on to the Canadian team after his injury, and that's what my opinion was a couple of months ago, and it turned out to have been spot on.

Get over it, it's not my fault he was not able to make the team, it's on him and the teams crappy performance and perhaps the Managements inability to get the team a good goaltender.

A) Morris is in Halifax. He has work today, and has no travel plans. Dopps lives in Ottawa. I find it highly unlikely that today, Morris will meet Dopps in Ottawa and buy him a slice of pizza. In my opinion, it won't happen.
