i can't see how we'll win the cup in the future unless major changes are made
our defense sucks and teams will exploit that next year unless it's revamped
i haven't seen anything amazing out of schenn yet that richards used to do
the team is playing real stupid right now and it's hard to tell if they'll learn - 2Real
Wow do a pack of razor blades and valium come with your post here? |

This comment couldn't be more short sited. The Defense is going to change any way because contracts are expiring and certain players are getting older, so no worries there. Then Brayden Schenn in my mind has been fantastic. He struggled in the first half no question but that was due to injury. Once the new calender year hit, Schenn started doing exactly what was expected of him. He was able to pot 12 goals as a rookie who's only played half the season, which is only one goal behind Sean Couturier, which basically played the entire season.
They're young and young players always learn from experience. |

There's always someone available via trade or Free agency. What has holmgren done or failed to do that tells you otherwise? |

Nobody can guarantee anything but the Flyers have done a great job of attracting high profile players to Philadelphia through signings and trades. Then you have Suter and Weber who are going to be high profile free agents. |

I'm thinking more about this year's team. They haven't played that well this series, but that will change starting today. They had a great last series. For the most part this team has more heart then last year's and have been great to watch. |

they will always be the mickey mouse franchise in the city. I like how their one owner posted tweets asking the fans who they should trade. |

This isn't something to worry about right now though. The fact that the Flyers have come this far with how young these players are and their lack of experience is a real reason to be feel the future is bright in Philadelphia. This team already bested the league's favorite to win the Cup and nobody can take that away from them. |

This is what we need to do. We need a bunch of us to pretend to be Devils fans and convince Uncle Lou that it's for the best that they trade all their best players for crappy ones...today. |

Plenty of hockey left to be played. I think the Flyers will be ready to go tonight. |

The Flyers are in the middle of a series against NJ right now. Once the Flyers are eliminated (if that happens) then the GM can focus on the changes that need to be made. Right now the focus needs to be on winning this game tonight. |

I like the idea of Rinaldo in the lineup but reality can be a bummer - especially how he'll most likely get called for something that really isn't a penalty. I doubt he will bait any Devil into anything. Reputation destroyed the poor kid before he even played a regular season game. |
