I wonder if Pierre still thinks that was "textbook" lead protection, that piece of garbage is lucky the fans can''t here what he's saying, take the Caps @!(& out of your mouth already....no matter we won, I'm a morning person today!

Not only that, but did you hear him in the pregame interview? He mentioned how the Caps feel like they figured Lundqvist out...either the Caps or Pierre is delusional...I doubt the Caps would even remotely come close to saying that...

It was an absolute miracle...we have had that miracle turnd on us multiple times, in this same situation, it was nice to turn the tables for a change...

Not sure if anyone saw this on Twitter last night, but very interesting comparing 2003-2004 to today:
@tsnjamesduthie 03-04 D.Sutter was hired by the flames in December. He led his underdog team to the Finals beating the #1,2, and 3 teams in the West. His team played the #1 seed in the East led by Torts and Brad Richards. 2011-12 same story, diff.teams RT?
Staal deserved it, he was one of their best players last night. - MidnightMarauder
He did, we got on him b/c of the turnover that led to the Rupp penalty and susequently falling behind, that lone fumble would have overshadowed all the good plays he made but his breaking up of several opportunities then scoring the game winner makes it so poetic and that why we love sports...what a game story!

That fool Melrose still thinks the Caps will win the series based on 5 on 5 play, did we not dominate 5 on 5 last night, there's a reason that jagoff hasn't had a coaching job since the early 90's

We're writing our own story and for what's happened so far in these Playoffs I hope it's a best seller!

Ignore that drivel, Eddie O said the winner of Game 4 would win the series, these guys don't any more than you or me...now the Caps may end up winning but it won't be bc they won game 4...these guys like to hear themselves talk...Melrose is the same guy that would go on ESPN Radio and say the opposite too...did he even pick the Caps to win before the series began? Would you be surprised if he didn't?

That was a great year and a awesome team. We would have kept them together if it wasn't for the stupid lockout.

What series is this outdated jackass watching? The Capitals power play is what won them both of their games. And it would have won last night's too if it wasn't for that rugby scrum gametying goal.
Capitals generate most of their offense and momentum from their power play.
I really hate Melrose, such a schmuck. Has been reading from the same script since 1994, just changes the teams and names accordingly.
