I've talked with both my NYR fan buddies today. Now that my boys are out of it I have no divided loyalties. I know I've been pulled to the red side by my experiences with Mike Knuble, who is a prince of a guy. But when it comes down to brass tacks I can't see Syomin's name on the cup (especially mistransliterated as it is). Besides. I want most of you to be happy. The rest of you I'll ban eventually.

Just make it to a final so I can make my third SCF visit. (Two series here, one game in NJ vs the Ducks.) Started to campaign today for a trip to game 1 or 2 with one of those STHs.

Knubee is all class, met him when he was a Ranger many moons ago in the late 90s at training camp one yr, great guy, gave all the fans a lot of time & was a very down to earth good guy, like most hockey players, no ego.
