I thought he started to slow down around 3/4 through the season. - funmaster18
Homer was just saying that Jagr wasnt the only guy who looked tired against the Devils. |

Ilya didnt play as well as I expected.
However he thinks it was an adjustment period. He expects him to be better. |

"Sam, that's a good question."
5 words I wasn't sure I'd ever hear outta Homer.

Sounds like Holmer is setting the tone for next season already. I think bryz will be much quieter and much better next season. |

Was the question, "how many dollar dog nights do you anticipate for next year?" |

Thoughts on Knuble coming back to Philly next season? Would you do it, on the cheap? - Flyskippy
No, I wouldn't. His time has passed. |

I was so amazed by the reply that the question was immediately lost.
And as time expires on the presser, Holmgren says he'll stay and answer more questions.

I don't have to forget it. I don't think it will happen, but it would be ideal.
Voracek isn't a scapegoat. No one player should be, other than Pronger's injury. IMO, he is a top 10 or even 5 player over the past 10 years.
Look at a team like the Rangers. They came from nowhere. They missed the playoffs when we made a cup run. But they have a ton of good young players. Not 12 all stars, but a lot of good young players. Add Gaborik and Richards and boom, best team in the league.
We don't need a Richards - we have centers galore and always have. It is a Gaborik type player that I want...pure scorer, sniper, offensive creator...whatever.
I agree that Kubina may be done as well but I have no way of knowing. He would be nice to have on the power play and as a #6 though. No doubt. - Daman
This team has enough goal scoring. If we add a forward, we need a hard nosed two way Winger. That can play well in both ends of the ice, and is strong on the puck. And can chip in some offense. This team doesn't need a high cap hit expensive player such as Gaborik.
Kubina hasn't been a good PP defenseman in a number of years. |

I want him to take off his jacket, roll up his sleeves, and belligerently address them like he did the STHs one year in the Town Hall meeting. |

Forget trading Briere, he has made it clear he will NOT wave his NTC. - ggunky
Actually, Briere told me at the Garden State Wegmans off Route 70 that he would consider going back to Montreal to play. Granted his three kids were throwing a loaf of bread around in aisle 6, so he could have been overtly blunt due to the distraction.
Please list your source.
BTW - Chris T. shops there and it is very difficult to acknowledge he was at one time a pro athlete.
If you travel slightly west you may seen D. Hatcher with his kids shopping for his dogs.
