Yea I came into this playoffs saying they got to make it to the ECF or bust. Can't waste that regular season. Gotta find a way to get it done. I think Hank will be huge, win the game.

I am finding the playoff hockey to be brutal to watch this year.
Why should the playoffs be sooo different than the reg season?
I would venture to say the officials are letting all kinds of
obstructions go which is muddying everything up. Combined
with the fact that players are giving their best effort defensively,
there is just not much time or space out there with all the clutching
grabbing blocking pushing etc.
Though I certainly love it when the rags win regardless of how, these
games are not very good hockey viewing -torturous really.
That's why a guy like gabby can't get anywhere. A guy like
ovechkin can bull his way through a bit better but a quick skating
skill guy has a much harder tI'me getting through the sludge of it all.
I don't really buy the concept that the playoffs should be soooo
different than the season; why? It's still a hockey game - but not
when the refs let all the calls slide.
The caps playing the trap sure doesn't help but the rags were
pretty entertaining this year but even in theor wins in the playoffs
it's a serious grind. It occurs to me that it's just not all
thAt fun to watch when the games seem to be decided by
a Lucky bounce here of there.

Nash wouldn't be the difference on this team because torts wouldn't trust him defensively.

I bet you the players were thinking the same thing as well, how was Ovie left open, it is a power play, one of the best shooters and scariest offensive guys in the NHL is on the rink, worse case, cover him, if they still score so be it, I don't think the players give a rats he said it, it is just media beat up, people trying to make stories.

Krieder- people make mistakes and learn from them, no one DIED, give the kid a break and a chance to make things happen, eventually this not scoring much is going to pay back on the Rangers

If its any condolence, I think the rangers make it out of the east. I have a feeling the caps collapse tomorrow, and i would be more worried about the devils if i were you. What was the season series at?

I thought Step and Kreider skated well its game 7 you have allow your talent to perform. That means top six talent has to be given a shot I think Kreider and Step should play with Cally. AA has been more undependable than I can remember. He has given the puck away too much but at least Kreider has the raw ability and is more talented than AA even with his inexperience to make a difference it's game 7 like I said let the talent shine
