Only saw Transformers. I saw the Simpsons Movie too, which was decent I guess.
Comics have been on a roll though. XMen, Dark Knight, Iron Man, Capt. America and now the Avengers series. More Batman and Spidey coming too. - rockychocbill
There's also been Superman Returns, Ghost Rider, Catwoman, all three Punisher movies, both Hulks, X-men III, Spiderman III, Constantine, Priest, The Green Hornet, Cowboys and Aliens, TMNT, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Batman Begins and I'd argue Captain America wasn't any more watchable than the one they made in the early 90s it's just riding the fact that it was the prequel to the Avengers.
..and that's just off the top of my head. They're running about 50/50. For every Electra there's a Sin City, for every Losers there's a Red. They give you Scott Pilgrim vs. the World then they throw you Watchman. |

Dustin Leed seems to make a lot of posts explaining himself. How insecure is this guy? |

Don't feel bad, I sorta did too and I'm pretty sure I am the only person who enjoyed Green Lantern. I usually like most of them a little But sometimes you get Green Hornet or Hex. Then I'm out.
I usually like the ones that come from left field like 300, Watchman, Road to Perdition, From Hell, 30 Days of Night, V for Vendetta. The ones you think they'd never option for a movie.
That being said... there was a Spirit movie and I purchased it unseen on Blue Ray and threw it in the trash half way through. |

He's a pleaser... he wants everyone to be his buddy. I like him. Think he does a pretty good job considering his main point of employment. |

I'm starting to get that feeling. For every good post there are 1 or 2 attention seekers or head scratchers. |

That sounds almost identical to my son's season from two years ago when they won the banner for their tier. He was 17 that year too. Congrats Rock! and happy b-day too. Mine was last Friday. - rockychocbill

This convo has now left me behind. I used to go see a movie a week. Now I might see 6 a year. |

I see most of them on Blue Ray at home. I can buy one for less than it costs the three of us to go to the movies. We have Red Box here and you can rent one for a buck or two within three months of when it's out of theatres.
Last movie I went to was at Christmas and I can't even remember what it was it was so good. Cost the three of us $50. |

Can be. I bring my own snacks. It's more about the hassle of getting there and parking and having someone kick the back of your seat. I'm just getting old I guess. |
