Chicago might not be in a big hurry to move either of their Dmen with the Kane situation heating up this spring. They might have plenty of cap room if they feel they have to divest themselves of the problem child to get a goalie.

Speaking of goalies... If TB gets Lou do you have any interest in a smaller deal for Dustin Tokarski.

I'm overwhelmed. Should not be in this forum but it's crack. And have to leave at 5 (2 hours early) to pick up new diabetic Claude Lemieux from the vet after getting a 1/2 hour class on how to give him shots and regulate his schedule.

I just got back from Wisconsin and today is my "get paperwork/receipts organized after a trip" day. So I am right there on par with being useless.

Can't get interested in the rags/devils series. Wouldn't be happy for either team. The kings/coyotes series is pretty much over. The kings are my favorite now, but it has less to do with Richards and Carter and more to do with the fact I just want a western team to win. Would have loved to see the coyotes make it. That would have been a nice story. Unless they come back, which is pretty close to impossible, then King me!

As for Richards and Carter, I'll be very happy for Richards, but could not care less about Carter. I understand it was unexpected that he was moved afte signing his deal, but he needs to handle that situation better, IMO. I think richie was blind sided so I'm happy he landed on his feet.

I look forward to the numerous posses tellin me to move on, but it was relevant to my comment so I had to bring them up.

There's no comparison. People can make a decision to walk away from their sport and if they are in high school and can't get a look from a college I don't think their parents are going to put a metal bolt through their temple.

if they get shipped down to mexico for slaughter (that only occurs when the US slaughterhouses are shut down from court battles, they usually find a way to get them opened again pretty quickly) they get stabbed in the spine with a knife until they die.

Yeah I think Richards was blindsided as well. My roomate in college was a big Kings fan so I have always watched them and kept current so I am with you. Hope they win it all.
