Does Lundquist get destroyed for giving up a softie to end the Rangers season, or does that only happen to Bryz? |

i don't know that i'd call it soft exactly, as there was a bit of a scramble. the dman behind him did a terrible job and just hugged the post. he should have been down behind him, brad marsh style. it would have stopped the goal.
edit: that was richards behind captain leg pads. that makes it even better. |

Its unfortunate too much blame is put on a goalie's shoulders when a team loses a series a lot of times. This was the first time in like 3 years, Lundquist made it out of the first round. Was it all his fault, all those years? Certainly not.
I think the Kings are going to roll the Devils. |

No way that's a soft goal. Goal mouth scramble and the Devils just wanted it more. Doubt anybody complains about CSP after this game. |

Devils. Kings have not played a team that forechecks like NJ does. I like the Devils. They proved they could score on a good goalie in this series, and I think they'll do the same vs. Quick in the finals. It'll be close though. Could go 7. |

I think you are correct. I like the Devils in six though. |

I agree it was a litte soft, he let it go between his legs there, scrambling around (the whole team).
Anyways, no one will fault him...is that a joke. He is the best goalie in the world and everyone knows it. If his Offense could hit the broadside of a barn he would be in the finals. Apples to oranges with the Bry to Lundquist comparison. Bry gets blamed because he is overpaid for what he gives. I like Bryz and think he will have a good year next year but face it, guy doesn't/didn't produce as expected and needed and Homer had the balls to actually say that at the end of the year. |

II think Kings will find NJ a handful. Boy I am so glad that robotic shot blocking team lost. Else teams would start to play that style. And next year Gaborik
EDIT: Gaborik will get injured. Stupid cell died in the middle of the post but somehow I must have hit submit right before |

It's his defense. Make Lundqvist look good. |

I'm not so sure, LA has some real momentum with their offense. We all know they can go dry but they have confidence right now. Comes down to if LA can exploit arty who has made some big saves but not been the BEST goalie in any series yet. And if LA can handle the physical play and balanced attach of the NJD.
X factors will of course be frick and frack. |
