I spent 1 and a half hours with "Bob obviously Sanjay" just so he could tell me his department can't fix it so I need to try another, then I spent 5 minutes with "Martin aka Rinpreet" who said I was incorrect, so then I spent 30 minutes with "Jack Juleprindarhinjaaabadurpreet" who said my problem is insolvable.

Only when I got to the credit department. Talking to customer service, customer relations, and technical support I was pleasantly surprised to be talking to someone who could clearly speak english.

The problem was a drawn out affair over about 4-5 days in mid-May, relating to my move this past weekend. Now that I've moved (and the fact that my phone suddenly stopped sending and receiving emails), I felt it was time to call and get compensated for their perpetual (frank)ups. I got everything resolved except the email problem.
