kind of a soft spot recently. went up to my local 7-11 last weekend(checked the small corner store too) for the b&j coffee heath bar, but the rat bastards didn't have any. had to settle for cccd. just not the same
i've checked a few times since when i'm in there, and the still don't have it. they may have dropped it from the rotation. if so, i will be LIVID - FlyerMike18
cccd Blizzard is da bomb. Literally. You eat it and then you get a sugar crash. But it's so good going down. |

5'9" and 167 is good. I'm 5'11" and 200. I was at 235 last year this time though. I want to get to 190 by the end of summer. Dam set point is 200 though. I was 200 for most of my adult life. Hard to break through. - rockychocbill
Your down 35 pounds from last year, thats pretty good. Hard to lose weight. |

Just go to the supermarket or pharmacy. They should have one there. Just make sure you always go to the same place. I do that to monitor my BP. - rockychocbill

Doubt a depth forward would fetch much. - ob18
You could be right. But a player such as JvR, Voracek or Read should be able to get you a very good young defenseman (if your willing to part with one). |

I been on mine for about a week. I dont drink anything but water. No bread, cookies/ice cream/cake. No fast food. No fried food.
Just eat eggs, hot dogs, chicken with salad and cereal. Dont eat anything other than popcorn for a snack.
No eating past 8 pm. - stveshdy
That's what I've been doing for the most part. Paleo-gobblelygook. Hunter/gatherer program. It works though. Hot dogs, cereal and popcorn are frowned upon though. Too many carbs. For snacks it's all about the nuts and low sugar fruit. |

yea, i've given up bread, dairy, rice, junk food, processed food.
my diet says to eat almost all organic, i can't afford that, but i try.
my breakfast is always the same scrambled organic cage free veg. fed eggs 3 strips of turkey bacon with hemp oil and hot sauce.
apple and raw nuts for a snack
either honey mustard hormone free chicken wrap or a steak salad containing romaine or spinach, baby carrots, celery, hemp oil and apple cider vinegar
dinner i sometimes skip, but either steak or salmon salad.
i work out 2-3 times per week mostly cardio.
i feel 1000x better and more healthy. |

My off-season work-outs start monday, and my teams conditioing coach want's all of us to do Insanity. For a guy that works out as much as I do by myself, I'm not the slightest bit amused. |

Going on a diet is more expensive then eating like an idiot. I have a lot of respect for people who are willing to make the commitment to lose weight. I was fortunate growing up my metabolism worked fast so I was never heavy. This is really my first time trying to lose some weight and its not easy. |

You just described about 85% of my diet/routine for the past year. Haven't tried hemp oil yet. I go for salsa instead of pure hot sauce.

Not really. Unless you're all about the $2.99 value meals all the time. Fruits and veggies are cheap, cheap for the most part. I'm always amazed with how much I walk away with for like $20. The organic stuff is pricey for sure. I mix it up. Some grain fed beef here and there. Regular chicken. I go with the Omega 3 enriched eggs but not true organic ones. Most organic stuff is 2-3 times the price. Then it does start to get a bit crazy. |

The problem I see with most people including myself is that even when you eat all of that your still hungry in less than an hour. Thats been my biggest issue. Have to get my stomach to shrink. Right now I try to eat fruit or drink water to fill the stomach up. |

the only one you really need more than a 5x6 area for is plyometrics. unless you're shaq. You might have a cramped area but i think if you get creative you can make enough space to get comfortable. pullups are a staple of that program so you do need to find a place to do them or install that doorway pull up thing, got mine at Richards sporting goods.
in all seriousness tho I'm not lying when I said i did that program and didn't watch what I ate. If I felt like eating some ice cream, pizza, drink beer, whatever I just did it and I noticed I wasn't that hungry. In other words if I ate pizza, more than two slices was a chore and a cheeseburger might make me think about skipping a meal. so i think it actually shrunk my stomach and the cardio type activities pumped me so full of oxygen my body was primed with energy. Fyi I went from 235 to 195 in like 45 days and I even skipped workouts here and there due to time but when I did workout I gave it my all. I'm taking the time to say all this because I know what its like to struggle with weight and if you have those dvds the battle is winnable. |
