Whirled peace.

I been on mine for about a week. I dont drink anything but water. No bread, cookies/ice cream/cake. No fast food. No fried food.

Just eat eggs, hot dogs, chicken with salad and cereal. Dont eat anything other than popcorn for a snack.

No eating past 8 pm.

Butter on a stick doesnt sound very good. I only have a hot dog every now and again. Im only 167 lbs, so I cant get too skinny or you will see my bones.
