It's everywhere. I can see venues with small crowds doing it, trying to give the home team some semblance of a home ice advantage, but buildings that are sold out don't need to do that crap. - PLindbergh31
it is everywhere. has been for a long time. makes me sad. |

I turned it off. That penalty killed their chances. |

Had to be called. It was blatant. |

Even the public-relations staffs for the Devils and Kings are getting involved in the gamesmanship of the Stanley Cup Final. Los Angeles accidentally sent an email to the media Monday that said it was planning on taking its time in handing out the between-period statistics to the Devils locker room in retaliation for New Jersey doing just that to its coaches in Game 5. The email reads, courtesy of the Los Angeles Times: "Jersey PR (whether it was their fault or not) didn’t get stats to our locker room until about two minutes left in the intermission. Our coaches were not happy about this. So we are going to do the same to them tomorrow. So unless you hear otherwise from me make sure their locker room does NOT get stats UNTIL about two minutes left to go in the intermission. Even if you literally have to eye the clock and wait. If they ask what’s taking so long just tell them our copy machines are down."

Alright, officially bored. We should all be reminded of the Flyers/Bruins series when the Flyers were down 3-0 in game 7. |

Flyers weren't very competitive in Chicago in the 3 games in that series, I take some solace in believing they wouldn't have had a good chance winning game 7. |

i tell myself that too, but then i look at boston shutting out vancouver in game 7 on the road after trailing the series 3-2. anything could have happened. and as i type this i carter fail on point blank chance that turns into a post by elias at the other end in the dying seconds that could have perhaps saved this game for nj. no such luck. again. funny how things happen. |

You never know, anything could have happened. Bad goaltending doesn't usually play on the road in the NHL playoffs. |

Atleast we can get to the offseason now. Let the rumors fly. |
