Flyers made it to the Cup in 2010 because of the shootout on game 82. Doesn't matter how you get there; only matters how you finish.
The weird thing about that '10 team was that it was pretty mediocre at the end of the regular season.
Usually there's a little bit of a hint that a team is putting it together.

Great to see Gagne hoist the Cup. And Richards skate it then hand it off to Carter. Gave me goose bumps. 3 very deserving players. Highly enjoyable to watch that.
