I was pulling for the Kings in the Final, after the Flyers were eliminated, but I wasn't rooting with any kind of passion. I don't have a second team, but I will root for guys who I enjoy watching play, or who are ex-Flyers that I liked.

Like in 2006, I pulled for the Canes because of Brind'Amour and Williams. But I didn't celebrate their win.

Rogie is a little before my time, but I believe Robitaille at the start of his career was in purple and gold, and I remember Marcel Dionne as an old man.

I haven't looked at their roster, not sure if it's composed of a bunch of journeymen, or if Tampa has a boatload of youth that is going to be ripping up the NHL in the near future. Hopefully it's the former.

If they don't get a big time defenseman which will be difficult this is the player to get IMO. Nice young kid who will only get better.
