We get 1/2 hour for practice before our games.
Last night we got our jerseys but were missing a few and when the mother of the goalie asked me for a shirt to give to her younger son I almost lost it.

I think it's only in the higher levels, because I've played soccer till I was 14 and we never had a maximum of changes.
