He asked when Darcy has ever maid a move to make the team better.... I gave him examples and he said no because we didn't win the cup.

I just watched the video Garth posted and Darcy said he has talked to teams and some of the players other teams are asking about he is worried about disrupting the chemistry of the team? I think they are all dilusional down there from Pegula on down. The chemistry of the team that was in 15th in January and just barely made it to 9th is something he is worried about? I think the shine has come off of Uncle Terry, I no longer trust these guys to do anything right.

Pegula and Black look alot like Golisano and Quinn to me.

I think that's a little bit extreme, and really really unfair. Pegula is doing it right, whether you agree with that or not, he is. Pegula is not a "hockey guy" and neither is Black. They are business side people. That's why they hire Darcy. If he starts overpowering Darcy on hockey moves, Darcy may leave. Now I know you may think that's a good thing, and it could be, but if Pegula gets a reputation for showing up his GM, see how hard it will be to get a good hockey guy in that office.

I'm sick of everyone thinking we should make a move just to make one. It has to be right, otherwise it's kinda pointless if not harmful.

We got to the confrence finals with the last two moves, we won the division with the last two moves, we won the presidents trophy with the last two.
