There's a difference between the "Darcy Regier isn't a very good General Manager" school of thought, and the one that says "Every move Darcy Regier makes and has made is or has been the wrong one" that 89 seems to portray. I started to believe this when he said "Rob Johnson was a better quarterback than Jim Kelly because he has a ring" the other night. His IQ is way too high to make an intelligence-insulting statement like that and actually mean it...I hope.
