good, mean.
Short enough? - keptupl8
Yep...got the samuelsson mean streak, big power forward type. Played quite good in the playoffs for the oil kings |

pardon my ignorance and laziness, what's shortened version of the scouting report on Samuelsson? - EricNearBuffalo
Nice hands, nasty streak a mile wide, mediocre skating. |

Big, nasty, good hands, not afraid to drop the gloves, c/rw hybrid.
His skating needs work. |

once again, I would like to thank the leafs for taking a D man instead of the center they have been missing since Mats left in the off season and went to the nucks
w/o them drafting a d prospect that will take a few years, we would not have gotten 2 centers today
viva burke!!!! - homiedclown
They were the team that needed a forward, but took a D and that caused all the other teams to make a run on the D men. Burke may not talk to Darcy, but he sure did do exactly what he wanted/needed tonight.
Now if we can manage to move Roy for whatever I'm starting to like the makeup of this team. |

Well it wasn't Yandle but the cap space keeps getting bigger for Shero to play with. |

Great night. The trade was well timed and both picks were the best player available. Love it |

You guys just keep getting scarier when your GM makes savvy move after savvy move. I do not however think you will get Parise. He wants to be "the guy" and he will never be that on Sid's team, especially since Malkin is 1st officer. I could see the pens swooping in on Bobby Ryan and keep him away from Philly. Don't ask me what you would have to give up, but given the players i think it's a more likely outcome than Parise in a Pens jersey. |

I'm not sure there are too many guys in the league that don't want to be on Sid's team. Plenty do not like him, but they would put that aside, IMO |

They tried for Suter hard apparently. He wouldn't sign extension before July 1 so Shero moved on. |

We have a 6'3" 200 lb goal scoring center in our system now... I'm thinking they give him a shot. So long as they can move Roy out of here. If not probably back to the Q for at least part of the year. |

Parise does like him, they have a history. He might not go to the Pens but I would be shocked if he signed with devils before July 1. |

One of Zach Parise and Bobby Ryan will be a Penguin. That's almost a certainty. |

Not sure what I would prefer. Ryan would be cheaper contract but cost good assets to acquire, Parise would be higher cap hit but wouldn't have to trade assets. |

-Do you want to play on a line with the most talented center in the game?
*Sure, maybe. But doesn't he have a concussion history?
-Yeah. If he gets hurt, you will have to settle for Malkin.
*Where do I sign? |
