Takes some games off, I guess is what I'm thinking.

He had mono apparently for a good while. That is definitely going to affect your energy level. I don't know. I guess we will see.

Darcy failed again.
I thought the goal was the cup.
I was hoping for a stud forward who could help us get there.
The picks may be good in a couple years but I thought the goal was the cup now and not rebuild.
As we stand Derek Roy is not only still on the team but our #1 center who is critical of the coach. Two centers were traded we got neither real dissapointing day.

Wow, even I like what Darcy did and who we got.

If you really want to make it easier for Grigorenko to say yes to the NHL, go sign a Russian FA who can help him accilmate.

Alex Semin perhaps?

Vanek/Roy/Pominville
Foligno/Ennis/Stafford
Semin/Grigorenko/Leino
Gerbe/Hodgson/Kaleta

- SuperCat

Just trade Roy and put Cody on the 1st. Semin might not be that bad of an idea.

We shall. Light a fire in that kid and we stole the middle of the draft.

Gaunce to Bos?

Kind of hard to argue with the pick, all considering I say. But yeah, time will definitely tell.

Derek Roy is our #3 center. Possibly #4 if Grigorenko makes the team. Great draft so far. Still plenty of time to make trades.

Grigorenko is from the same town as Mogilny. Love this pick. Happy he was still there. So were the Sabres. They knew they wanted him and marched up there without hesitation when it was their pick.

I really thought they traded back up to 14 to take Teuvo. The Finish bloodline and FEL (sm-liiga) connection between him and Armia wouldve been great. Both are about a year away from the NHL from what i've heard.

Im not disappointed in Girgensons pick as he sounds like possibly the best, most physical 2 way center in the draft. Our future shut down third line center no doubt.

Today is NHL Draft. Not Trade deadline day, despite what some people say. Be patient.
Free agency starts July 1st. So many trades have not happened yet. (I am surprised that one of the few trades was Staal being traded on his wedding day).
I think teams are holding out on trading their player for 2013 picks (much deeper draft).

"The lands near the confluence of the Ussuri and the Amur Rivers, where today's Khabarovsk stands, have been populated by many centuries by Tungusic people, probably related to the Jurchens of the past and/or the Nanais of the present day. Chinese expeditions reached this area as early as the first half of the 15th century, when the fleets of the Ming eunuch Yishiha sailed several times from Jilin City all the way to Tyr on the lower Amur."
