Naw wouldn't move kesler he is signed long term at a solid price. Especially with his 2 way game if healthy he is a 75 point guy with 30 goals we need to stop playing him like 23 minutes a game and pks though that kills

The fact the JvR is involved in EVERY Philly trade rumor after these injuries is a red flag.

Agreed! If we could grab both, that would be a coup! Still, we need that first line centre. If we could somehow just get lucky with a reclaimation project, it would change the fortunes of this franchise. The L.A.C.K component needs to be shaved by two, to make the cap room that we need to proceed. I think a few teams, after being left at the alter, would look at these one year deals, to fill a hole and hope for the best. What would they have to lose?

To be fair to Lupul he had career-threatening, heck even life-threatening injuries the past couple of years.. could last year have been a fluke? will he do it again? who knows, but to come back from an injury and infection like that and score at a point per game pace is quite remarkable if you ask me

How am i making us look bad, im stating the (frank)ing obvious that JVR is the next gagne or brassard. What are you going to tell me they have potential to become what 70+ pt guys? Give me a break, and whats the asking price for JVR? Schenn? Gardiner? Forget it. We already have 40-50 pt guys, yet you want to bring in a 23 year old who has nothing more than pretty much the same as kulemin, mac, and bozak... So nice logic

Not is isnt, considering the media is the one that puts him in the rumors.

He's not an injury liability.

He took a vicious elbow to the face, got a concussion. He then blocks a shot and breaks his foot, one of the things internet "experts" love saying he never does, along with using his frame and going to the net.

But what do I know. I've never seen JVR play [/sarcasm]
