any idiot could take a team with crosby malkin staal fleurey etal to the finals. he inherited most of that team and they had very good support players. their support players today are thugs or just plain average hockey players. i really think he took a golden ticket and screwed it up

yea, well now they can resign him and i'm sure he'll be willing to listen. brandon sutter is a solid player, but he's NO jordan staal. the 8th pick would have been nice, but i suspect the player they wanted was no longer on the board and there's no guarantee the d prospect they traded away ever makes the nhl. they got the best player in the trade hands down. pittsburgh just lost the yet another flyer killer. good job shero, i appreciate it
