He was up and down with Florida too. Someone might take a chance on him but he's already been with 4 teams in his career and hasn't distinguished himself yet. Time is running out.

Maybe get Doan for 1year and trade dubi AA Thomas mclirath and 1st for
Ryan .... We have the d depth in our system to do it ... Next season I think miller is rdy to play along with bourque ...

it would take more for ryan. ducks said they don't want dubi right off the bat and AA and the 2 prospects just aren't good enough.

bobby ryan is a stud...we're gonna have to give up an NHL-ready stud too.

out of giradi, staal, mcd, MDZ, stepan, kreider, hagelin...who would you be willing to give up? because it's gonna take one of them.

As much as I like Hagelin, I gotta agree... trading him does the least amount of "damage" to the core. My reasoning: The future for him will not be as a top 6 guy, going forward he will be behind Kreider and Miller on the left side, Gaborik and Callahan on the right.

yea hagelin seems like the worst of the bunch even though he's so fun to watch and effective. you just notice him literally every shift he's out there.

In another indication that perhaps Schultz will indeed sign with Vancouver, the Canucks did not qualify Marc-Andre Gragnani, young defenseman they got from Buffalo towards end of last year, making him a UFA.

Sounds & looks like Prust is gonna hit the open market on Sunday. Its a shame but lets not forget that outside of being a youtube fight fan fave nobody ever heard of Brandon Prust before he came to the Rangers. I really think Torts upped that kids game a plenty. If he takes the $ & signs somewhere without a good Coach or winning attitude his skills will be wasted.
