But if you guys are getting physically dominated by teams like boston and philly your not going to be able to score. I seriouly think all buffalo needs to become elite again is get bigger, Grigorenko is a great first step.

Foligno, Kaleta, maybe McCormick (Just using that one as an example), Regehr, Myers, McNabb.. They are some strong guys, especially Foligno.. I feel like they can protect our team if they use their actual strength.

I don't know.. I just feel like Parise would be worth any risk we can take.. We haven't had a high-skilled player other than Miller in quite some time.

EDIT - I refuse to call Vanek a high-skilled player until he learns to not chill at mid-ice half the time.

I actually talked to RicoMartin today. Here is the summary:

Roy, Sekera are a package deal. Darcy knows teams love them, and he's going to get a King's ransom to get them. This was a great play on words by Rico. Reading between the lines, I figured out that Roy and Sekera will be traded for Anze Kopitar. Rico knows that Grigorenko and Kopitar are both Eastern block guys so the fit would be natural.

Next, he told me teams covet Enroth. He also told me Columbus sucks so naturally they need a good goalie, and we all know Enroth could win the Vezina. He could also get hit by a bus crossing the street, but don't tell Scott Howson. Darcy will fleece Columbus: Enroth for Nash. Just because we feel sorry for them, we're throwing in Denis Persson and the rights to Harry Neale's "He shot that from 48 feet out" line.

Can you imagine Kopitar centering Vanek and Pominville? Grigorenko between Nash and Leino?

Vanek's contract should decrease, and Pommer shouldn't be something drastic.. I feel like Pommer loves the Buffalo area.

That is a solid point i did forget about foligno the kid is solid and can get points, kaleta is a good pest. You do need a star but man if Hodgson and Ennis hit their ceilings dam their gonna be good, Foligno should play with one of them he's the big guy whod get your skilled guys the puck.

Luke Adam was still playing pretty good.. Some players just like the better competition, and enjoy the challenge and take it more serious. Could have ruined his confidence a bit that he got sent down when he was doing quite well.

I watched him in the Playoffs and I don't think he has the skating. He did well in the rookie camp and caught lightning in the beginning just think hey waited to long to send him down and let him dominate in the AHL. I think he will do well down there this year and be ready father that otherwise put the worm on the hook and see who bites
